The Downside of Downtime

I really pushed it last week, working out hard and making great progress getting my routine re-established. This week, I gave myself an extra day off the gym as I was feeling…just blah. Now today, I feel even MORE blah. Why? Whelp, it’s because every day that passes that I don’t work out, I lose a little oomph. I feel SO good when I do it, so…let’s DO IT! I’m off to the gym. Yup, I’m going. Doing it now. Right…now. OK, seriously, now though. Bye!!!
